Seeing new places | Cyprus

  • Make Pierogi
  • Declutter something 
  • Travel to a new place  I went to an even further away new place- Cyprus!

  • Teach Remy more tricks/ games- keep riding the bike together!  I have repaired my broken tube and have not only ridden to and from F45, but from HOME to WORK and back! (over 40km round trip!)

Enjoying my Bike

  • Encourage Remy to like swimming/the beach   Remy hates the water but likes the sun like her owner.
  • Do a Yoga class
  • Read more (join an online book club?) My reading list is going strong!
  • Save a little more $$ every pay Hawaii 2018 here we come!
  • Make gnocchi from scratch (slowly, and enjoy it! Probably with wine. Indeed we made gnocchi (quickly, because we were hungry, and indeed with wine!)

  • Write one VOLARE blog post per month 
  • Put more effort into making my Instagram/Blog more symbiotic 
  • Do 5x Chin ups unassisted (no bands!)  I can do 2 without the bands so far
  • Small acts of self care (uber eats, facials, sleeping in, skipping an exercise class, eating more vegetables)  I HAVE BEEN THE QUEEN OF SELF CARE! Ask James- he thinks my themed face masks (such as deer and unicorns) are hideous.
  • Use my multitude of beautiful, foreign cook books.
  • Host a cocktail party in our apartment. We no longer live in our apartment, but we have hosted family lunches, girls nights and cheese nights! (and the gnocchi making!)
  • Take more meaningful photos  I
  • Make salted caramel macarons.
  • Download more podcasts, more regularly! I am loving the Style Your Mind Podcast. So inspiring for my morning commute!

So far, so good! 14/18 and the year isn’t done yet! I’m optimistic about completing the rest 🙂  I hope this inspires you to make your own list of little achievable To Do’s that will make you feel happier, more accomplished and generally more positive!
